Pyramidal with slightly curling, densely plumed, two-tone silver blue foliage. Will reach 6' tall in 10 years. Delightful color for the garden and beautiful in arrangements and wreaths. We have a hundred-foot row of 'Boulevard' which are more than 30 years old. They always attract attention.
