This Arborvitae, with compact textural foliage, has a strong resemblance to many types of Hinoki Cypress with the bonus of the additional hardiness of the species. The naturally sculpted spire-like shape has rich, deep green foliage in summer, becoming a muted green in winter. Small scale proportions make it perfect for mini-scapes or container gardening. Developing into an elegant small tree over time, the natural character is the finest quality a conifer can offer in either cold or moderate climates.
