Common Name: Serbian Spruce
Preferring cold winters, this magnificent tree has a narrow, columnar habit capable of reaching 100'. Bark is orange-brown to purple-brown, cracking and flaking in fine plates. This might be considered one of the best spruce for use in eastern U.S. gardens.
