Common Name: Victoria Evergreen Magnolia or Southern Magnolia
Not quite as hardy as 'Edith Bogue' but hardier than most other cultivars in the trade. It has fragrant white flowers, and the underside of the evergreen foliage is lined with indumentum. Dense habit. Selected in Victoria, British Columbia.
