Common Name: Taylor Rocky Mountain Juniper
A narrow, upright needled evergreen, ‘Taylor’ can reach up to 15’-20’ in height, but only 3’ – 4’ in width. Silvery blue-green semi-soft foliage can last throughout the year, though may take on reddish-brown tones in the winter. Female trees will produce round, berry like cones that are attractive to birds. ‘Taylor’ can do well in a border or privacy screen. Requires little maintenance, and is tolerant to drought or dry and shallow soils. Does not tolerate wet soils. Grows best in full sun. USDA Hardiness Zones 3-9.
