Depending on the amount of aluminum in the media, dark pink or violet-purple re-blooming inflorescence appears on most shoots, creating a mass of flowers on old and new wood. Flowers age to rose-red and remain showy for an extended period. Compact, rounded, spreading habit. Dark green foliage turns burgundy-red in fall, blending well with its red stems.
