Common Name: February Daphne
| Late-winter flowering shrub of rounded outline growing slowly to 4 ft. Its delightful fragrance turns heads, and a cut sprig will brighten the mood in any office or home. Early summer, bright red berries add a second season of ornamental appeal. Prefers well-drained soil. These are relatively short seedlings, but well rooted. Pot them up early and grow them in a well-drained container mix to avoid root disease. (Heritage Seedlings) |
