Tufts of needle-like, juvenile foliage give this rounded, light blue selection of ‘Tsukumo’ its airy character, even when mature. Named for a look like puffy clouds, this delicate choice adds a reliable element of soft texture to tight garden spaces. ‘Cumulus’ stays small without pruning; its foliage is most dense when grown in full sun.
