Common Name: Himalayan Cedar, Kashmir Cedar
Improved winter hardiness and long,
blue-green needles distinguish this noteworthy cultivar of Deodar Cedar.
Elegantly arching, pendulous branches with softly textured foliage add
strength and character to large landscapes. Propagated from a seedling
at J. Franklin Styer Nursery in Pennsylvania. (Iseli Nursery) The trunk stays fairly straight with lateral branches nearly horizontal and drooping. Lower branches should be left on the tree so the true form of the tree can show.
