Common Name: Dee Runk Boxwood
Use ‘Dee Runk’ as an exclamation point in the landscape or as a narrow hedge. Can be grown in a variety of site conditions including sun, part sun or light shade. Similar to, but slightly narrower than ‘Fastigiata’. Prune as needed in late winter to maintain density and desired form. Once form is developed, only selective annual pruning will be required. Little or no pruning will yield a more broad columnar habit. Some shade is preferred but not required. Use as specimen, in containers, as a foundation plant or allee, or hedge.
