MATSUMURAE, red. Its short, bushy habit makes this maple a splendid container plant. Foliage is interesting with leaves bunched at the end of each shoot. Red leaves are deeply divided into narrow lobes with serrated margins. Soft, sunset colored new foliage and glowing sunset colors in fall.
