This is one of the narrowest conifers around, only 2' wide and 15' tall. It is quite blue and quoting Michael Dirr "reminds [one] of a blue rocket sitting on a launching pad." Rapid growing, it makes an excellent hedge which requires no pruning to keep it narrow. Other uses would be as an accent point in the garden with its strong vertical lines.

One of the narrowest of all conifers (perhaps 20' tall x 1-2' wide!) this blue-gray tree makes a most distinctive column--an exclamation point in an otherwise horizontal landscape! Sun/Med-Dry/GdDrain
