An excellent, sweet flavored red apple flecked with yellow that is good for storing and cooking. Productive with late-season fruit. Needs well-drained, evenly moist soil. Fragrant white tinged with pink blooms emerge mid-spring from red buds. Requires another variety nearby of the same species for pollination. Suitable for planting under power lines.
