'Japanese Sunrise' is similar to 'Sango kaku', but with peach colored winter bark, rather that the coral bark. It is a rapid grower with lime green foliage that forms a wide vase. 'Japanese Sunrise' has possibly the best fall color of all the coral bark types. (Don Schmidt Nursery Inc.)
