This tree will reach 90' in the wild but only about 50' in cultivation. It shows off a glorious conical crown above pendulous branches with long, flattened sprays--you won't soon forget this one. Give plenty of moisture but not standing water.

The hallmark feature of this remarkable and graceful conifer is its drooping habit (Kruckeberg)... the leader bows its head ; from down-sweeping branches twigs hang pendent with flat sprays of blue-green. Sun-PSh/Med
