A superb little ericaceous plant with needlelike evergreen foliage and pink, heather like flowers over a long period beginning in late spring. Low, mounding habit. Needs acid soil and excellent drainage. Terrific in a rock garden or a container.

This superb new Ericaceous gem, a hybrid between Phyllodoce ; Kalmiopsis is a "plum" indeed for the rock-garden with its mounding habit topped with pink heather-like spring flowers. Sun-PSh/Med(not dry)/GdDrain/Acid
