Mexican Fan Palm Tree (Washingtonia robusta) is not quite as cold hardy as the California Fan Palm (W.filfera) but it toleates the humidity and rainfall we get in the Pacific NW. Many of these palms grow in the Brookings & Harbor area in Oregon.
