Why a plant would start blooming in November puzzles me, but its fragrance is most welcomed on warm days. 8' t x 6' w

This tall fairly narrow shrub flowers in late winter and the bloom stays for weeks: the masses of tubular pink flowers are frost resistant and are very fragrant. zone 6
