A new rhododendron from the breeding program at the University of Helsinki, Finland. It has an upright habit with coarse, dark green foliage. The bud is a dark pink opening to a lovely shade of medium pink. (R. brachycarpum ssp. tigerstedti x 'H.C. Dresselbuys')

Another release from the rhododendron breeding program at the University of Helsinki in Finland. 'Haaga' is a late bloomer with stunning bright pink flowers marked with red-orange freckles. Upright habit. Hardy to about -30
