This evergreen "mock orange" should be in every shopping center parking lot– it’s that tough. Sadly, it’s not well represented anywhere. Medium shrub to small tree,12' to 15', with glossy, narrow foliage and, in spring, pale yellow, intoxicatingly scented flowers. Delicious! Sun to part shade with regular water. Frost hardy in upper USDA zone 7.
