Ophiopogon Black Beard is a beauty in your garden. With its black foliage and lovely lilac flowers, you can use Black Beard for mass planting, combined in a border but also as a solitary on your terrace. Ophiopogon Black Beard should be planted in a well-drained but moist soil. It can be placed in full sun or semi-shade. Hardy to USDA Zone 6a. Black Beard flowers in summer and becomes 16" tall and 25" wide.
