Not quite as hardy as 'Edith Bogue' but hardier than most other cultivars in the trade. It has fragrant white flowers, and the underside of the evergreen foliage is lined with indumentum. Dense habit. Selected in Victoria, British Columbia.

To 20' with showy ; wonderfully fragrant 8-12"creamy-whi flowers in e.sum, this impressive tree (from our SE states) has also proven to be amazingly hardy, perhaps most so in this variety selected in Vancouver B.C. Sun/M
