Tough and useful evergreen shrub for full sun to bright shade, this with handsome, variegated foliage, light green edged in white. Occasional small cream flowers produce purple berries. Good for a finely textured hedge or garden specimen. Grows slowly to 6' or so, but easily sheared to shape. Frost hardy in USDA zone 6.
