A release by Dr. Richard Jaynes. Buds are strong red color opening to a red-pink inside. A little different from the rest. Excellent habit, flowering for a long time.

The best red flowers of any mountain laurel. Very bright and dazzling. Excellent foliage and habit. Landscapers and retail customers snap it up. 4' x 4'.
