This blue, flat-topped plant has a growth rate of 3-6" a year and at maturity will be 6' wide and only 2' tall. This tree was named for Bill Devine, a retired propagator from Angelica Nursery in Maryland.

Though actually named after Bill Devine, this compact (to 2' high by 6' wide at 3-6"/yr) shrub is, indeed, beautifully!, gloriously! blue. Sun/Med/GdDrain

Beautiful blue grey needles are highlighted by brighter blue juvenile growth. Small conifer 6' tall x 3' wide.
