Large shrub or small tree with fine foliage. Small yellow flowers mid-April into May. Very cold hardy. Often used as a windbreak or screen.

Attractive if not spectacular, this large shrub with yellow pea-like flowers is "one of the toughest ; most accommodating" plants. Sun/Med-Dry
