Loads of distinctive purple berries are borne in clusters along the stems beginning in late summer. The willowy foliage turns pinkish-purple in fall. This plant generates healthy autumn sales at the garden center. AGM winner. GPP award.

Similar to the species but with bronze young leaves and pale pink flowers. This free flowering form produces deep violet fruit. One of the most popular selections here at the nursery.

Beautyberry in the winter is a sight to behold. The profuse purple berries linger long after the leaves are gone and shine like jewels. zone 6

Fantastic clusters of electric lilac purple bead-like fruit in late fall are conspicuous in garden as well as vase. Deciduous shrub 8' x 8'
