cordifolia is a perennial
milkweed that grows in clumps. The stems feature large, blue-green heart shaped
leaves. Fragrant, dark pink flowers with light centers appear May-July followed
by purple seed pods. Grows best in full sun in rich, well-drained soil. Very
attractive to butterflies and bees. USDA Hardiness Zones 7-10.
