‘Autumn Fantasy® Maple’ was developed by Willet Wandell in Urbana, Il. It‘s main characteristics are vigorous growth, a broadly ovate crown, a central but not dominant leader, ascending main branches, drought resistance and is not susceptible to crown damage due to wind or heavy snow loads. Leaves of this tree simultaneously turn crimson red in October and stay on the tree until the first hard frost.
