DWARF, green. A very nice compact, slow growing dwarf cultivar which needs no pruning and looks like a natural bonsai. The tiny green leaves on this small, bushy tree turn deep crimson in the fall. This ribbon leaf is a fine addition to collections.

Sharp's Pygmy is one of the finest dwarfs, really small green leaves in summer but bright red, orange, yellow in fall; altho it will never get over 3' tall and wide, still it is vigorous and healthy.

Though we haven't had this fine new maple long enough to give you very accurate information on its seasonal coloring, it was selected by Mr. Sharp for its very compact ; attractive habit. Sun-PSh/Med
