LINEARILOBUM, green. This cultivar has a uniformity of leaf shape that sets it apart from the other linearilobums in that its five lobed leaves are usually uniform in number of lobes, have more substance so they hold out well from the petiole, and show fewer irrecularities in shape of the new foliage. It has rich green summer color and golden yellow in the fall. It also seems more vigorous than many others. All in all a fine cultivar.

LINEARILOBUM, green. Syn. 'Ao hichi gosan'. An upright branching plant with deeply divided, finger like leaves of bright green. The leaves are in a hanging position on long petioles, lending a cascading appearance to the small tree. This effect is enhanced in the fall by the sunny yellow-orange color of the foliage.
