An Oregon favorite, this tall growing, slender tree is truly noble in its appearance. The deeply furrowed, dark brown bark is visible amidst the branches of densely arranged, slightly bent needles of bluish-green. Fantastic, long, cylindrical cones are produced on mature trees. Often used for specimen Christmas trees. It can be containerized for years and brought in for the holidays.

One of the tallest ; noblest of firs, with short blue-green needles which point upwards along the short stiff branches; a very beautiful specimen and a good Christmas tree. Sun-PSh/Med
