DWARF. A genuine conversation piece with striking golden-yellow needles on a 3-4' high and wide shrubby framework. Slow growing (1½-2" a year) with leaves slightly curved, yellow above and paler beneath, with two greyish-white bands. Its yellow brilliance is at its best in the depth of winter. Does not tolerate sun well and will cook without protection in the eastern U.S

Striking! This slow-growing (3" a year) low-mounding bun has needles of deep gold; perfect for conifer bed or small yard, it tolerates shade but can sunburn in full sun. S- PSh/Med
